It’s about saving American jobs and growing our employment. Franklin is the largest employer in several neighboring counties and it is essential that we not only survive, but also thrive and continue to be a great place to work. We must instill the fact to our employees that if we work as a team and do our very best everyday, then we can win in the global marketplace. What does this mean to our customers?
