General Guidelines
Guidelines that will help your furniture stay looking good longer:
  1. Vacuum or brush away loose dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabric.
  2. Clean up spills and stains right away. The longer soil and stains stay on the fabric, the harder they are to remove.
  3. To prevent fading, keep your furniture out of direct sunlight
  4. Cleaning solutions or liquids should always be tested in hidden areas to determine that no discoloration will result from their use.
  5. Apply cleaning agents to a white absorbent cloth or paper towel and blot the stained area. Do not apply cleaning agents directly to the stained area.
  6. Always use a white absorbent cloth, preferably cotton, to blot or lightly massage the stained area. Never rub or scrub, as this may result in fabric damage.
  7. Work from the outside to the center of a stain to prevent the stain from spreading or forming a ring. Do not rush the job.
  8. Always allow the fabric to dry before using the furniture. Lightly brush or vacuum the area to restore the fabric's original appearance.
